IAAIS Conference 2025

The 2025 IAAIS Conference will be held in Lawrence, Kansas at the SpringHills Suites.

Events will begin the evening of Wednesday, June 11 after 5pm with social activities and gatherings in the hospitality suite. The final conference session will end by 11am on Saturday, June 14. See below for the initial agenda and topic list. As sessions are finalized, the agenda will be updated.

The awards ceremony will be held on Friday during the conference. The ceremony will be available online, and services with nominated volunteers are welcome to invite nominees to watch.

Conference Rates:

Full in-person conference - $350/attendee for IAAIS Members
Full in-person conference - $550/attendee for Non-Members
Virtual conference* - $125/attendee
Virtual Business Sessions and Awards Ceremony - Free for full member services

*Virtual conference will include the opening and closing business sessions, the awards ceremony, and five content sessions.
